Title of Suggestion: Vice President can do warrant and un-warrants
Description: Vice president will be able to unwarrant and warrant people.
Why:
Make the job of the president easier as the president is the one to be more likely in meetings.

Doesn't the VP have to do it manually though?
May be a good idea to have it show up on the VP's screen like it does for the Pres (on the right side) after a set amount of time.
(ie)
Warrant has not been accepted/denied in a period of 30 seconds > Now shows on VP's screen.
(pres could be afk or busy)
