Summary: I had just spawned as a Citizen, thought I would by some weaponry before leaving the server. Out of nowhere, a police officer appears and tries to handcuff me and I say "Hey dude why are you handcuffing me?" He immedeatly stops and I proceed on my way. Then he starts shooting me in the back and I managed to hit the record button in time to capture him killing me, while I'm saying that this is RDM and I'm making a report about him. After the murder, he disconnected the server instantly.
