Player also ran people over with malicious intent (CDM)
Player showed no intent to stop his actions despite being asked multiple times
Player then accused other players of breaking the rules, while breaking them himself, again, with no intent to stop.
Supporting a ban due to the fact that this player clearly has intent to disrupt the Role Play of others.

Aw man you didn't get evidence of him mass CDMing the whole server and mass random tranqing all the police force.
