Hello matar_i,
Firstly, Fix the template.
You were constantly using the @ command to spread unnecessary calls. Myself and Audacter spoke to you about it. I then blacklisted you from OOC for caps when you spam the @ command again. I teleport to punish you after warning you twice when you said you've had enough and DC. You can't just up sticks and leave when a Moderator teleports to you. I will ask Audacter to comment for me.

You made two @ calls about Suarez which we deemed unnecessary, I think Suarez had spoken to you prior but we both TP'ed to you and requested you to stop as we only wanted @ calls we can respond to.

Its not abuse to ban people. Most of them were from Player Reports anyway, which were longer overdue. I see no reason for an unban thus your request has been denied.
