Rules

Read the rules. You may think this is like the odd Darkrp server, it's not. For example, in DarkRp you have to say every crime in adverts. Not in CITYRP. Do not wonder off, thinking that you know the rules. I made the mistake when I was a newbie that because I was a maniac, I could rdm. Something that I regret much.

Jobs

Although you want jobs which have guns and so on e.g. Police officer. Start off with a passive rp approach. For example, a chef running a cafe. It is so simple. Jobs like being a police officer normally causes Breakage of NLR which is something you may do when you are a newbie. I suggest finding a passive rp job.
