Reason why you should be unblacklisted: So I was driving around in my car when I crashed into a guy. We began to argue in character, telling each other to learn who to drive and so on. I then began to drive away, and he jumped out of his car and took a shot at me, which missed. I turned my car around and begin to follow him into the main town where citizens spawn. He begins to slow down near the bank and I jump out and kill him with my MP5. An admin under the name of Burnett then teleports me to him and begins asking me loads of questions. His first question was "Why did you RDM him" I explained the situation and he said that me killing this guy was against the rules. He said that I should have called the police (baring in mind this guy had just shot at me and I am the leader of the mafia and am usually fighting against the police force). He then moved on to why did I kill him out side the nexus. I explained to him clearly that I killed him just before the bank and his car rolled a little bit further as he was driving at the time of me killing him. Burnett disagreed and we began arguing for a little bit. Then about 7-10 guys run over and begin harassing me, saying all kinds of things. Burnett didn't do anything about these guys, as they was his "friends" and left them their throughout the situation. Of course at this point I became angry, because in my opinion Burnett used his powers to blacklist me unfairly. He also tried claiming RDM. Another point that I would like to address is the guy who I killed actually come to the admin and told him that I did have a reason to kill him, and the location that I killed him was not in front of the "nexus". Burnett ignores all of this information and puts all his concentration on taking my weapons away, as you can see on this link he tries about 3 times http://gyazo.com/485cde45c4251043982c3310ea1faedf. Now if I hadn't of got told that blacklisting does not count as admin abuse, I definitely would have put in a complaint about the actions that he made against me and the way that he dealt with the situation. I was disappointed and wouldn't of expected this from any of the staff within this community in the past. Anyway I would just like my blacklist dealt with, so that I can move on.

I saw you killing an unarmed person at the Nexus-Road. After that I checked the logs and found your name on it. I asked you some questions and you replied that he, player "Sad", kept following you. I told you that it's not allowed to kill people that are unarmed, especially when theres no threat.
I also told you that it is not allowed to kill people in unrealistic areas, such as the road infront of the Nexus. Why? Because the Nexus is the HQ of the President, Police and SWAT and they're present at all time. Few mins later the player who was rdmed shows up and said that it was ok for you to kill him. I then said that's not allowed because of the reasons stated above. I also didn't see any guns on his side. The player assented but you, the one who broke rules, did not. You refused to comply after being told not to break the rules. You even insulted me as an "Admin Abooser", yet when I've never received any admin-abuse case since I'm a staff-member. Your attitude during the entire situation was disgusting.

I didn't do anything about those 7-10 guys, because they didn't harm you - nor did the break any rules. They just said you were wrong and should've stopped arguing. You could've left them but you just walked back and kept arguing. I'm not your baby-sitter so that's your own problem.

So I first began to explain most of the situation using my mic (ask the people who where harassing me they will know that). Burnett then turns round and asks if I can type. I did type for a bit and tried to explain the basics of what had happened, but where everyone kept trying to harass me and say all kinds of things such as "stop crying" it was kinda hard not to retaliate. I did tell him (using my mic) that the guy shot at me, which was the reason I followed him into town and killed him. I can also tell you now that I did NOT kill him front of the nexus. It was in front of the bank and his car rolled forward towards the nexus as he was driving at the time of me killing him.

1. They are not my friends so you should stop saying that. Stop accusing me of something that is wrong.
2. You had the chance to explain your side of the story. I asked you multiple times, yet you blatantly decided to ignore my statements. You knowlingly refused to accept my decission even tho I was right. Just because the guy said you could kill him, doesn't mean it's allowed. As a high-wanted criminal you could've roleplayed this out. There was no reason to kill him right infront of the Nexus. There are so many ways to deal with that, such as kidnapping. Get your facts straight and check the logs above.
3. Indeed - I did't see any guns and he never shot you. The logs can tell that he didn't waste a bullet on you.
You should stop lying because it won't help you. You killed a person without a valid roleplay-reason as stated above. You somehow fail to comply with our server rules.
As mentioned, you're the one who is responsible for YOUR own actions - no-one else.

I want another Admins opinion on this situation before you even try and close the thread.
From what I have heard you are meant to be a professional admin, but leaving loads of people around me throughout the situation, not listening to any of my side of the story and then claiming that I RDMed when I know I didn't, I am finding that hard to believe. I mean surely any professional admin would have either asked them to leave or moved me to somewhere quiet and then carefully listened to what I had to say before making any actions towards me.

How come you say I did not listen? I replied to every single sentence you wrote. You should definately check the OP in case you didn't. Also you kept calling me an abuser when I tried to deal with it as professional as possible. That is the wrong attitude and makes it harder. But I do see the issue that this might've been related to the crowd around us.
The other admins are already on your case. After speaking with two of them, they disagree with the punishment regarding streetcrime rule because the streetcrime rules do not exist anymore. I wasn't aware of that therefore I'd like to apologize. It wasn't my intention to quote a rule that's been removed.
They also disagree with the punishment regarding RDM because you told them that the guy shot you BEFORE entering the city. In no way you mentioned that somewhere.
One thing makes me wonder:
If he really did that, how come he didn't equip nor pull any guns out?

Well first of all I would like to thank you for apologizing.
I have no idea why it doesn't show him pulling out a gun, but you heard for your self sad told you that he did shoot at me, meaning I did have a reason to kill him as my life was in danger.

With your statement and two testimonies I'm going to remove the blacklist.
You did, in fact, have a valid reason to kill the person. I'll presume you innocent because I can't prove the opposite.
I'm sorry for trouble and I'm trying to improve myself. I guess we were both pretty wired due to the people around us. My bad because I didn't move you to a roof.
But from now on I'll start moving people to a roof more often.
