The reason is allready stated in the banrequest that was posted here, "http://fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=62960&pid=502484#pid502484".

Allright, but what if I mention that an administrator saw this happen, and did not punish me.
Now to get punished a week or 2 later is a bit double.
"Ne bis in idem", is what they use in court. This is also known as "Double jeopardy". "Double jeopardy is a procedural defence that forbids a defendant from being tried again on the same (or similar) charges following a legitimate acquittal or conviction."
However, the administrator who actuelly saw this, did not punish me, to punish me later on is what I would think, double. Basically breaking Double Jeopardy.
I am not sure on how the policy on this matter is here, but I also made this thread to clarify that up aswell.
