As you can see, it is clearly supported with ropes(winches). So your arguement of it being "levitated" is invalid.
"Levitation (from Latin levitas "lightness") is the process by which an object is held aloft, without mechanical support, in a stable position.
So to state that this is tool/prop abuse, is not reasonable.
However, I must admit that it might not be the most realistic thing created. And I would much rather classify this as failRP than tool/prop abuse.
However, an administrator actuelly saw it and I removed it shortly after.
