Summary: Alright, so this guy as you can clearly see in the evidence he broke fearrp, he had a taser aimed at him, and he still decided to run. When I died by a car you can hear mustang saying Stop!, which means he broke fearrp when he was woken up.
I then talked to him later on, and asked why he did it in OOC. He came up with this with a reason classed as backseat administrating.
