Maybe public for computer but not for Xbox360.
They wouldn't give me an exclusive code for nothing?

Go on Xbox marketplace, Go to Battle Field 3 and there's an option to download the beta, I know this because I've been playing the beta on Xbox 360 since yesterday.

It's not fake though, it has my xbox live GT with it and info regarding my membership etc..
