Why we should unban you: Well I was downloading half life textures for garrys mod as the hedge of bush sometimes outside of nexus was dodgey and my new $25000 golf had been stolen so I went into the nexus garage to see if it was there so I come out and an officer goes "freeze your under arrest for tresspassing" and before I could say anything he had his arrest baton out and I was warranted so I left also to install the half life textures and when I tried to rejoin 5 mins later I was banned so if I could please be unbanned I would apreciate it thank you.

You can't leave when you're not arrested. You should have understood that this counts as DCing to avoid arrest.

It doesn't matter, you cannot DC even if you disagree with the reason why you're being arrested.
