You know you can simply move your steam directory and then run steam.exe from there...?

It does, but I have fast internet. It'd be quicker to re-install them.
I suppose, if you're only running 4GB and its not an SSD it's gonna take a while. If it means anything, I've got 400GB worth to transfer, and I don't know how long it's gonna take. Lol.
