Summary: I joined in a police chase after accused player had fled off from SWAT while they chased on foot. After chasing for a short period we arrived in industrial, they sped off and I blocked the tunnel, called for backup and foot pursued in, they tried walking out but noticed me. I then chased after them, I managed to taze one player, and left the other cops arriving at the tunnel to get the car. The accused player (Sparx6321 - STEAM_0:0:50072257) Then done 3 laps of the court part area I was in attempting to CDM me to save his friend, on the final occasion he succeeded, but not only killing me, he killed his friend to.
Note: User has just had a ban lifted about 3/4 hours ago from time of writing this report for CDM and also has one prior mass CDM vehicle blacklist.

The accused player in question was found using vehicles as a weapon on multiple occasions. Thank you for providing strong evidence to support your case.
