Title of Suggestion: Show demotion reason to demoted person
Description: When somebody is demoted, they will see a message in chat, showing them the reason that the person who demoted them provided.
Why: In almost all cases where somebody is demoted, they will want to know the reason why. This feature means that leaders will not be bothered by people asking why they were demoted.
Also, the leader can provide a reason to demote somebody, and this reason is shown in the team radio. However, when you are demoted you can no longer access the team radio and therefore you aren't able to see the message, so it's a bit pointless as they're still going to be asked by the person why they were demoted.
There is actually a suggestion from 2013 for this exact feature, and it has been marked finished, so perhaps it was implemented but broken at some point.
Here is the message you get when demoted. As you can see, no reason is provided even though the leader has provided one.

+Support, always wondered why you don't receive the reason you are demoted for and as you said most players proceed to OOC or /request to try and find out the reason for their demotion.
