Police ram can pull drivers out of vehicles - Faustie - 06-30-2015
I've added a function to the police ram that will let you pull drivers out of their vehicles if they have an arrest warrant. Obviously, this won't work on government. It also doesn't work on passengers right now, but I'll look into that in the future; it's never been a massive issue, so there's time.
Simply use primary fire on a vehicle with a warranted driver inside, and within a few seconds it'll pull them out. I added several automatic /me commands and some sounds to make the update more immersive, as usual.

God Faustie (and whoever helps you, if anyone do) really freaking good job with all of this updates. When I come home in 7 weeks, I'm going to be so overwhelmed by all of this new updates. Can't wait, keep up the fantastic job!
