He built a stand on the sidewalk which results in a public build. I told him to remove it and he said it was allowed and didnt remove it.
After that, he started to call me a rascist and a bitch because I said I was putting a ban request on him. He seems to have a ban record in the past aswell. Eventually he did remove it tho, cause he was scared of very long ban.
