I spent a good few hours on them for my clan, anyway to transfer the dupes over?

If it's missing then you've fallen unlucky to the bug that as far as I'm aware, never fixes. Try informing a super-admin and they may be able to transfer your dupes over, I think.

Have you tried going back on the build and using /restoreprops and re saving it?
