Summary: I was running my Florist RP, when Yaniv approached me, I asked him if I could help him and he pulled out a knife and demanded a sum of money from me. He did all of this in a public area (In the Mainstreet) (as seen in the screenshot) and he also did it right in front of a SWAT (SWAT was the one who killed him in the screenshots). Hence violating street crime rule 1.

Please note, Street Crime Rule 1 had been removed in the recent rule update. While your pictures show him mugging you in public, there is no indication that he did this directly in front of a SWAT member.
