Throughout the course of an hour or so, Mosdell, and his apparent friend Louthy were trolling about on the v2d server. Now, I personally didn't see Louthy mine about, but I caught Mosdell break a few. All of these rules are OOC rules, which should result in an OOC blacklist (in my opinion).
