Summary: (What happened?) I was president/Emperor that time and basically what happend was near AMPM and Burger King i got cdmed by a tides truck and suspected [AG] Admiral Biggles as he didnt put the Truck back in the inventory and shortly after i tried to find him get some OOC information i found the same truck near izzles palace or whatever its called and he was near it i asked him why and he said "i didnt do it" which turned out to be lie afterwards as shortly after he tried to cdm me again on purpose as the only one incident i got pictures off

Insufficient evidence to show that the accused player CDMd in the first instance.
The screenshots provided however show the accused player to have deliberately attempted to CDM, and a blacklist will be applied for 4 hours.
