Everytime I attempt to donate, it either sends me a email and charges me 1.95 USD for no server privilages whatsoever, and this is really troubling me, please inform me soon.

If it's actually charging you money then that's wrong, pretty sure money packs are $2.50 too so I doubt your purchasing a money pack.
