Summary: In OOC I heard of a barricade blocking the City tunnel. (There was more than one complaint, I only have one since it was posted near the time I saw the tunnel) There was at least more than one complaint. I drove into the city to sell some Narcotics and it was just blocking the road. A fireman had to hit the keypad to allow traffic through.
It breaks Basic Government Rule 6, as he was President at the time, I have no evidence to prove this but I'm sure the logs will be able to tell you.
