Reason why you should be unblacklisted: I was Reading the laws and i saw the speed in the city was 45 mph so i took advantage of this. I pulled out my camera to check when the light was going to turn green so i would do know harm, however while 1m away from the lights a police man runs infront of the car and dies, since it was his fault i thought nothing of it. Then i see i got banned for 3 hours for Intionally running someone over. I was never asked for my side of the story Nev Straight up took the policemans word

I didn't take his word, I happened to be watching from above as you were speeding down the middle of the city and ran the officer down as he was standing in the road.
Blacklist will stand though I will reduce the time.
