I don't know when this happend but my Raptor look like This

Anyone know how to fix ?

Go into options on GMOD > Video > Advanced > Model Detail > Select 'HIGH'

That actually happened to me once. I can't remember how I fixed it.

How much workshop content have you downloaded, once i downloaded too many weapons and then some of my weapons had missing textures,

As Mustang said, you have to change your model detail.

Make sure that your settings look like this:
