SteamID: Unfortunately, I did not get it because I was being stupid.
Time in GMT: Yesterday, forgot the time. (I have evidence, so shouldn't need to check logs)
Summary: I was an SS and Vero was behind the Nexus desk. I decided I was going to arrest him. He ran before I handcuffed him, so I chased him into the street and tazed him, and handcuffed him. Before I could arrest him, he logged, and a few minutes later, came back.
