Summary: Basically me and my swat members recieved a message (/advert) that someone they had a hostage and they demanded 2k. We weren't told of a location, then the hostage/suspect says in ooc: At slums. So I told him to stop because that is called metagaming, he said no it isn't I just cannot afford /advert which I don't believe was true as an advert costs like 50 dollars? But after I told him no matter what he continued, he was a police officer at the time.
