No , his reason was to kill me (you can see it on the screenshot) , that he thinks , he can kills me randomly becasue he is a rebel , he raided because he wanted to mug the president .

he guy who sad that about Corleone stuff i was a newbie when i did it ive' played for 12h when i did that. And i know that was wrong and stupid. I took it away ye sad to me like: Im caling admin then i deleted it.

The player in hand has been caught Prop-blocking the villas however I do not see this as RDM as it is a gunfight and there is not further evidence to back this case.
A Blacklist will be issued accordingly.
