Reason why you should be unblacklisted: The person whom I killed, had previously been put in prison on the rp_evocity_v2p map for possession of weapons, we (me and my associate) had taken the individual(s) to the prison and detained them. I made my way back to the 'Control Room' in the prison when I had to go away for a few minutes (OOC). I came back to find the individuals roaming the 'Control Room' I had been in I had tried to ask them what they were doing and why they were there but they simply did not respond through Text or Voice communication, I waited for a response for a approximately 15-30 seconds before I shot one of the two suspects for punching a wall beside me, I was therefore threatened by this, therefore I took the action in question.

Keep in mind the suspects have just been jailed for possession of firearms so i had no idea what it was leading up to.

What i saw was that BOTH broke fearRP no doubt abaout that and when he blocked the door you
RDM'd him
