The issue I have is you were driving perfectly strait and then suddenly lurched right conveniently and CDM'd the officer. this is when I issued the blacklist.
can you prove your story at all?

Sorry I was watching Ghost Adventures haha.
So... Well I see the Police car and the car we were pursuing so I was going to pull over then I had a lag spike and I couldn't stop. I am very sorry about this as this is was a mistake.

Alright. here's the deal ill put to ya, ill have it removed with the proviso that in future if you are found to have CDM'd someone as a result of lack of due care and attention (ie lagging) there will be a longer one
You have to see from my perspective that it looked intentional. Just be careful
