Reason why you should be unblacklisted:
I died in the nexus, by myself as a lone gunman. I then respawned and walking out of the park I was shot at by the police, I ran for cover waiting a few seconds before returning to the area I was shot in my new life. I was then shot again at that area and then I took arms and defended myself from my attackers. They backed off towards the nexus and when I chased them to Izzies palace they still shot. I then killed those shooting me around the Nexus. Going to the area I died to protect myself. Once I killed them I began to back off until there was one cop left I began to shoot at around the nexus. I was then blacklisted. I'm posting this as I'm unsure as to what happens If I'm shot at by the police In a new life. The previous gunfight was unrelated to the new one.

Not sure why police would shoot you
But even if true you can't use as excuse to bypass nlr
When I check you was literally outside nexus doors on the road shooting at cops
Cops would be treated the same if they got involved even if the raider initiated it
