Basically, all players should not spawn immediately. This can eliminate the problem of getting stuck inside other players on spawn. While unspawned, they can change their name, description, job, gender and clan, and only spawn upon clicking anywhere or pressing a key on the keyboard.
What do you guys think?

I like, You also need to be fully spawned if you take out a gun too to avoid going cop and just standing still.

I support this! Mostly because it's extremely annoying to A) Get stuck in another person when spawning, B) having to constantly dodge AFKing people on the sidewalk. (At least this may reduce this a bit.)
