Ability to /edit notes
Description
While looking at a note they have already created, users would have the ability to /edit <text> or /editnote <text>.
Why
Personally I find it very annoying to remake and delete notes time and time again, especially over things like one word spelling mistakes or just not liking the note itself.

I think this is a great idea so you don't have to retype an entire note for one spelling error.
