Summary: Attitude towards me was very rude, failrp, didn't carry out his job correctly, abusing tazer, threatened to kill me while handcuffed.

This is all I managed to record at the time. After & before the problem upstairs & in the lobby he spoke to me in a very rude manner.
The mayor also told him to arrest me because he didn't want reporters upstairs in the nexus ( I was a reporter ) I didn't trespass, the SRU let me up without asking the mayor. This is their problem and I should not have been arrested, only escorted out the nexus.
