We didn't take him hostage, Check the logs. I pull a gun on him because he runs into my house and I have contra then he breaks fear rp and pulls a gun back on me. He also brought my friends door. Which is the reason we tied him up and asked him to sell it, which he did. Then we released him.

The door was unowned and I bought it. You were outside loading ammo so I did the same inside, and you pulled a gun a fraction of a second before, so I put mine down.

Tying someone up is hostaging and you doing it with a BMD or as a citizen is not allowed.
Request reviewed and approved.

Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player was found violating rules regarding Hostaging as a BMD/Citizen with an invalid reason.
Suspension will be applied for a 2 day ban.
