I know... valid reason i banned them from city becuse of Hostaging ... but then they punchwhored me sometimes and when i was dead they said ."quickly become the presiden" so i dont think this is really fair . and i want to make a BR agains the security guard for Raiding as Security guard

They were punching you during a raid, they had a reason to, perhaps as a means of interrogation or just torturing a dictator after capturing one.
