Why we should unban you: Sometimes i need to reconnect servers no matter what because of lag. So, i reconnected, goed afk cause i needed to get something to eat (IRL), and when i came back i was banned. I really like this server, and i don't want to be banned for 3 days without it.

If you are in mid-way during an RP situation then you should not disconnect at all. It is a clear written rule.

Why don't kick me instead? Or warn me. Atleast you could unban me.
There are people who constantly jumps infront of cars, blocks and RDMs. And most of them only get 1-24 hours. I got 3 days for standing on a road afk.

Your case is different than others. Remember that you make unban requests if the ban was not fair, clearly the ban was fair.
You don't get to decide what is the punishment for players breaking the rules. You broke a rule you get banned. Denied.
