Summary : I was wondering around BP, and saw some guy messing around with a prop, Putting it in the air, so i gathered what he was doing. When I asked him what he was doing, he did /sleep, and dropped the prop on him.

Involved. Adding more to the report in terms of prop minging/ Blocking road with props and causing major disruption to server roleplay.
