Summary: We just heard someone write in OOC that people are propblocking and having contra inside the valve. And this place is on the mainstreet, and there was no keypad so theres propblock, luckily I got some snaps of this.

And also after a while they opened and I got some snaps of that.

Involved: I was also there in the bank with Wrabbie and some others when we came across this propblocking.
I have additional screenshots which I can find if need be, but they pretty much show exactly what Wrabbies show.
