Summary:
Harassing in OOC, aswell as having a shootout with the cops as a citizen, in the middle of AMPM. He was interfering with an arrest i was making on a rebel. Also DCing to avoid arrest, mr.sir will provide evidence for that rulebreak. Damage logs will show he pulled an mp5 on me and hit me with it.

As seen in first photo he blocked the entire city tunnel with an invincible prop.
