Summary: I was perma banned for NLR and Rejoin for car after alot off bans. I know I was wrong but sometime things liek my car got stolen really pissed me off so I RDM the thief or Broke NLR or Rejoined for car. And I already give away all my stuff car and all that so I really Like to make a new start and have 1 last chance If I F**k it up again than PERMA BANN ME FOREVER!

I've seen you rulebreak so much, like seriously.. I even banned you once, this is just getting ridiculous.
I once saw you ingame, you where screaming over mic, commanding your rebels to abusing their fadding doors, random death-matching, just pure complaints about you
nothing good, at all. I think you had enough chances from all the earlier bans.

I do believe I was the banning admin, I have had enough of your failing though, and you do not deserve an Unban, as I was the banning admin and its a perm I will leave it to another admin to decide on this.
