It used to seem blue and black to me the last time I saw it. This thread, it looks white and gold to me. If you want it to change infront of your eyes, try looking at a proper picture of the actual dress from a shop then scroll back up:

Another protip, look at the original image in the OP. Tilt your screen backwards. From white and gold to blue and black.
