Well, since UBR's are getting accepted due to rules not being written properly in the rulebook, I might aswell try this aswell. I climbed onto a world prop or Jan his mailbox that he placed down himself with 4 other corleones, decided to jump into his base to have a look around. Shortly after venom bans us all. Highly unfair, I have read the rules about a 1000 times and couldn't find any rule regarding this, so can i have this removed from my record aswell? Nowhere in the rules it says that i can't propclimb.

Each case is different, yours is not Jan's case. Propclimbing is mentioned in the rules, though only with a car. But, this is common sense and this rule has been enforced forever. I don't see why you should be unbanned.
