Reason why you should be unblacklisted: Well ok this happened 3-4 months ago and when I CDM'd the person (I don't remember who it was) I was in FPS mode so I didn't see the person really and it was just outside a so it was pretty dark so I never actually knew I CDM'd so that's why I drove away.

How is this blacklist invalid? If you're not able to drive properly then that's your fault. When you run someone over and leave them behind, then you will be punished.
I don't see how this blacklist is invalid at all.

Well, if I recall correctly, you did CDM then drove off so.. it was valid.
It's also already expired.
