I don't even know if you can search via post ID, but these seem to work...
If you do browse http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?pid=1#pid=1 then it returns the same result, posted at 12:47.
But then browsing http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?pid=2#pid=2 takes you to a thread posted at 14:23.
http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?pid=3#pid=3 posted at 14:28.
http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?pid=4#pid=4 posted at 14:35 (SoulRipper's first post).
http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?pid=11 is the second post of the first thread.
This could all be utter BS, just going off what those URLs seem to return! :S
Still very interesting though. SoulRippers first visible post was at 14:35 that day.
