Summary: So I was the Jail warden and Wrabbie had been in jail numerous times, I could not bail him out because the president never said if there was a bail price, so I asked the pres but it took him a while to respond then a member of higher authority told me not to bail him out because he had been committing numerous offences, so I told him I couldn't and he called me a "cigarette", I do not take kindly to this language and it offends me. Also to add he tried to offer a bribe to me which is against the rules for me to accept bribes.
