Summary:
I was driving back from a crime scene and he was driving on the left side of the road and he crashed into me after that he did wait for the paramedics to come but I did cuz I had an M4 on me so while i was waiting at 4:32 sec he came back to get his car which is NLR rule broken. What i mean, Is that i know i broke a rule. And i am sorry. It's just that i really wanted my car back. And it had been about 4 minutes anyways. So i didnt really think you would waste a bunch of your time JUST to get me banned.
