Summary: The video explains it self, however I will elaborate: I had previously seen the accused player not complying to the rules. Therefor I started following him around for a bit, to see if he continued misbehaving. Eventually I caught him helping the Police in a raid as a citizen. Earlier he was shooting police, also as a citizen. Unfortunately without evidence.
Honestly, I think he's new and doesn't really understand what he's doing wrong. - I suggest either talking to him, or blacklisting him rather than just excluding him from the servers, because he will go back to doing the same when he is unbanned.
