Summary: So this Kaya guy has already banned for failRP and fearRP however I would like to bring to the attention that his player has also violated further server rules prior to Zed & Laurenz coming on. He had several props, helicopters to be exact. And was attempting to propkill people, I am sure the damage/kill logs will show this as I believe he actually did kill a few.

Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player (Kaya-Gleeson, STEAM_0:1:100261650) was found violating rules regarding misuse of props, spawning random props in the road.
A blacklist toward the user's physgun, tools and entities for three hours will take place.
