With 240 hours, you knew that scamming would lead into a permaban if you were caught doing so.
You accepted the risk and you went ahead with the scam anyways. This was a blatant rule-breakage on your part, and with little to no effort put into your UBR; I see no reason as to why Fultzy should unban you/reduce the ban-time.
In your previous UBR you claimed that your brother did the scamming, and now you're admitting to doing it yourself.
Either way, you've lied in the courthouse; something which is punishable.
