Summary: Prop Abuse - Blocking tunnel with invisable plate. Warned but ignored me.
Tools/Prop, Rule Number 2 and Rule Number 9.
- Do not propblock anything, there should be a keypad or button to reach the area/items.
- Do not abuse your physgun, toolgun, props or any of the tools.
Evidence:
Acused Player has already had punishment for a similar reason on record.

He did this at least three times that I saw. People told him each time to remove it, eventually he did but he'd do it again some time later.
One of the times he ran to the other end of the tunnel with the prop as well.

Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player ([FL:RP]kevinjoni, STEAM_0:1:89171963) was found violating rules regarding misuse of props and propblocking.
A blacklist to the user's physgun, tools and entities for four hours will take place.
